BlueBird Grill & Lounge
Seasonal menus created exclusively by our award-winning culinary team makes this family-friendly dining room the place to eat year-round. A rotating selection of cutting-edge dishes mingles with NRCC classics for a menu diverse enough for a special family gathering or a date night just for two. When the weather's right, Members enjoy dining on the expansive terrace overlooking the golf course. An adults-only bar with a mature ambience and the benefit of the Bluebird Grill menu, the BBG Lounge makes for a relaxing alternative to the family-friendly dining room. Besides dinner, our experienced bartenders will shake and stir any craft cocktail desired, uncork any vintage of wine from Cellar 1967, and pour a selection of local brews on tap.
Mulligans
The lower-level restaurant offers a convenient selection of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and everything else in between. Whether it's a cappuccino or detox smoothie, Mulligans sports a full-service bar with an assortment of adult beverages. Mulligans' menu offers wraps, hand-crafted pizzas, nutritious salads, sandwiches, and smoothies. There's a bite for every taste.
Cabana 67
The aquatic complex offers Members the opportunity to remain poolside for lunch, dinner and all the snacks in between from the full-service bar and grill. Open during the summer months only, Cabana 67's menu has something for kids and adults alike. NRCC smart phone app ordering and table service means never having to leave your lounge chair.
